On the small balcony overlooking the garden you can enjoy the afternoon or evening sun. To the airport you walk in 15 minutes through a nature reserve and plot area. The tram nos. 1 and 8 can be reached in 12 minutes on foot. If you work in Stuhr / Brinkum, you can easily drive 10 hours in the opposite direction.
