On the small balcony, you can enjoy the afterwork hours in peace. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk away from the center, but is quietly located in a side street. In the relatively new residential building many owners live themselves. The elevator takes you directly to your hallway on the second floor. An underground or outside parking space can be rented if available.

Here in the Bremen Neustadt you will find everything: culture, leisure facilities, parks and plenty of shopping. Grocery shopping as Rewe, Aldi and a bakery are 1 minute away. You can reach everything by foot, bicycle or public transport in all directions. Companies such as Kraft Foods, Hachez, Becks and the University are located here. Airbus or the airport as well as the train station are just a few tram stops away. The old town, the city center and the Schlachte are within walking distance in a few minutes. The city swim bath is a 5 minutes walk away.
