- apply from 90 days rental period, seasonal price fluctuations are possible
- rent more than 3 months and get a discount
- plus Internet, intermediate and final cleaning and VAT 7%.
- we draw up invoices or rental agreements
- only 6 weeks’ notice in the case of fixed-term leases
